KB 2025
After the Sept fire scare with the Holomua Rd Fire, we are trying to remove all Haole Koa in KB. Tom & I finished removing all HK in the KB Retention Basin and Lot 28 on Nov 4th, 2025. We thank the Parks Dept for starting to clear HK from the Park Retention Basin. Please check your lot for HK and dispose of the seed pods in the trash before removing the rest of the tree. Do not mulch!
We're also protecting the HOA by requiring tall tree owners to sign a Tall Tree Indemnity Agreement so please check your property for tall trees as well.
